Citric acid`s main use is that it aids a healthy ferment and also has good antiseptic properties. It will give a pleasant acid character to a wine. An organic acid derived from citrus fruits. Used to stem & hamper growth of moulds & bacteria. Use 2 – 3 grams per litre or as directed.
