This wort kit is an all mash / full grain 15 litre kit straight from a Sydney Boutique Brewery! Just add 5 litres of water and a S04 Safale yeast and you will produce a quality beer that will rival any commercial boutique beer! A classic ‘Sparkling Ale’ style ale. Crystal malts gives this generously hopped ale its distinct golden appearance. Comparable commercial beer- Coopers Sparkling Ale.
