Also known as Caramel Dark – has an L value of 42-49, giving it a slightly more intensive color than Caramel Munich I. As well as its darker color it also has a stronger flavor reminiscent of almonds and bread crust. The malt itself is characterized by a discreet toasted note. EBC 110 – 130. Product of Germany.
