Lalvin Wine Yeast DV10 500g

A clean and neutral yeast for primary or secondary fermentation. Able to perform under stressful wine conditions. An elegant robust
and reliable yeast for the production of white, rosé and red wines, highly recommended for Chardonnay and Semillon. Also used for fruit wine and cider production. 500 grams suitable for approx 1600 litres.

• Desirable fermentation temperature: 10-35°C. Secondary fermentation at 10-14°C are successful.
• Short lag phase and high fermentation vigour.
• Alcohol tolerance 18% v/v *subject to fermentation conditions.
• Although Lalvin DV10® has a high potential for SO2 it is generally considered to be neutral to MLF (Malo). Co-inoculation is
not generally recommended.
• Killer factor active.
• Low foam producer.
