An IPA with distinctive Sabro hop aroma of citrus-tropical fruits, coconut notes, and hints of cedarwood. Extra dry on the palate with an intense, lingering bitterness. Pours vibrant gold with a light white head.ABV Approx.: 5.6% (based on using dextrose as the extra fermentable). Bitterness: 4/5. IBU: 48-56. Colour: Vibrant gold. Makes: 23L (6 US Gal).Yeast: M44 US West Coast. Hops: Sabro. Extra fermentables required: Dextrose: 1kg (2.2lb), Pure Liquid Malt Extract: 1.2 kg (2.65 lb) or Beer Enhancer 15: 1kg.
