A distinctive spicy, fruity rye malt flavour, with a satisfyingly bitter finish. Aroma is rich and complex – spicy, floral and citrus hops interlaced with earthy, spicy cereal notes. Full flavoured with medium body, yet still crisp and dry.
ABV Approx: 5.6%
Dry Hops: Chinook 16 g, Cascade 12 g and Columbus 12 g
Yeast: M44 US West Coast 10g
