Please choose milled or whole grain from our option menu. Distillers Malt smoked with peat. Earthy, subtle leather aromas with hints of smoke. A unique, mild peaty taste to whiskies and beers. Typical Styles: Scotch Ales, Porters, Stouts, Dark Ales, or Single Malt Whiskey. Typical Usage Rates: Between 5% to 25%. EBC 3.4 – 4.0. Product of New Zealand.
