Please choose milled or whole grain from the option menu. A lightly roasted, crystalized malt with a lovely red hue. Unique to Gladfield Malt. Tasting of caramel, candied prune, with a slight bitter orange flavour. Increases body and head retention. Typical Beer Styles: Red Ales or Red IPA. Typical Usage Rates: Up to 15% EBC 60 – 80. Product of New Zealand.
