Still Spirits Create+ Boiler 25 Litre

The Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 litres, the Create+ Boiler is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality.

 

When paired with the Create+ T500, it can produce high-quality and high ABV neutral alcohol (vodka) or distilled water. When paired with the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser it can create flavoursome spirits (gin, whiskey, rum and bourbon) and aromatic hydrosols, retaining delicate flavours and aroma from your wash or botanicals. The Create+ Boiler 25 L includes a 2″ Tri-Clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter allowing for connection to 2″ tri-clamp accessories, so you can experiment with different setups and attachments.

 

It features two power switches. When both switches are on, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W for 220V units, or 1600W for 120V units. You can lower this to 1100W by switching one of the two switches off (220V unit) or by switching off the 500W switch (120V unit). This is ideal for maintaining a gentler boil during distillation, especially for dark spirits like whiskey, rum, and bourbon.

 

For safety during operation the boiler features an automatic reset switch. The stainless-steel ball valve tap provides durability and ease of use when discarding your contents after distillation.
