Roasted malt which can be used as a replacement for traditional crystal malts. Tasting of warm pizza crust with nutty, toasted caramel flavours. Adds toasted, caramel, nutty flavours without residual sweetness. Can be used in any Beer Style Typical Usage Rates: Pilsners and IPAs between 10 – 25%, Amber Ale up to 25% , Porter between 10-15%, Pale Ales between 5-10%.
