Description
This oak essence is much more ditinctive than the Mellow Oak, and has that strong tannin flavour that is associated with Oak aging. It is ideal for use where French Oak would contribute to the flavour profile – red wines, brandies, whiskies, as well as some rums and bourbons.
Mixing Instructions: Shake well before use. Ideal for Brandy, Whiskey, Dark Rum & Bourbon. Add 1 to 5ml (0.03 to 0.17 US fl oz) per litre (34 US fl oz) to taste. Store Spirit for 7-10 days to allow Oak character to fully develop.
