When whisky profiles are designed the notes are layered to produce a unique flavour profile. This kitset contains all the flavour notes to make a variety of whiskies and bourbons.

We have included a range of premium whisky recipes to appeal to a wide range of connoisseurs. Alternately advanced users may like to design their own whisky to taste. Contained in the recipe book is a full description of the attributes of the different flavour notes to assist you with your design.
